Hello, Crafty Peeps!
It has been many years since I was a room mother, but a recent submission by Kelly over at Sandcastle Stamper reminded me how much fun it was to craft for and with the kids. Here is Kelly's Cinco de Mayo project. I think it could be modified to work for a variety of celebrations, probably a birthday party.
Primary colors always work well with children's projects! Thanks Kelly for sharing with us!

Fabulous idea and what a super cute hat design.
