Hello, Crafty Makers!
Time really does fly when you are having fun! This month's challenge is to revisit using Patterned Paper. Designer papers aren't used as much now that we are all learning faux watercolor techniques, and becoming blending experts using our various inks. But a slimline or step card made with patterned paper can be equally as exciting!
THE ENTIRE PROJECT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE DSP, BUT AT LEAST 25% OF THE PROJECT SHOULD BE DSP.

We were so impressed with all the wonderful crafting styles that were shared with us last month. Trying to narrow the list of Top Sprouts was difficult! Thanks to all of you for your lovely responses to our challenge! We have tried to capture a Top Sprout from each style submitted.

DESIGN TEAM INSPIRATION SAMPLES
Welcome, Lisa, to the APTS Design Team!
My name's Lisa and I'm the computer savvy half of a mother-daughter card business. I love having a blog to share my projects with everyone. I have been crafting almost my entire life. Stamping and jewelry making are the two things that have really stuck with me. I am so excited to join A Place to Start as a designer!
I apologize for the tardy posting of our August Rising Stars. I have been a little under the weather and I am now playing catch up. All the Rising Stars for August have now been posted. Please check to see if you are on the list!
